Pilot participation
Bloom Client Portal Pilot Terms
Effective July 12, 2026 ยท Pilot version
The two-week test drive
Bloom may offer you a private, two-week test drive of the Client Portal. The test drive is free, creates no automatic subscription, and does not authorize Bloom to charge you. Any paid service begins only after you separately approve its scope and price.
Your workspace
Use the Google account connected to your invitation and keep access limited to people you trust. Tell Bloom promptly if access should be removed or if you believe an account has been compromised. You remain responsible for the information you submit and the decisions you make from portal content.
What the pilot is for
The pilot helps you review work, calls, contacts, documents, support, and other modules enabled for your relationship with Bloom. Features may change during the pilot. Bloom will not use the portal to send messages, make purchases, or change your external systems without the approval agreed for that action.
Acceptable use
Do not use the portal for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware, emergency response, or professional advice without qualified human review.
Your data and Bloom's software
You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide. Bloom retains ownership of the portal software, templates, and reusable systems. Project-specific ownership or handoff terms belong in the separate agreement for that service.
Stopping the pilot
You or Bloom may stop the pilot at any time. Email support@thaliabloom.com to request an export, close the workspace, or ask for deletion. Bloom may preserve limited billing, security, or legal records when required.
Important limitation
This is an early pilot provided for evaluation. Bloom does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, leads, revenue, savings, or any other business outcome. The separate AI Notice applies.
